The Mvungi Community Hub Network is the physical, last-mile layer of Mvungi Job Master — Malawi's first AI-powered workforce infrastructure company.
Mvungi Job Master was founded in October 2025 in Blantyre, built to close deep structural gaps in Malawi's labour market — from recruitment run on spreadsheets, to qualified job seekers who are invisible to modern hiring systems, to an informal workforce with no trusted channel to be discovered.
In under eight months, and without a single cent of external funding, the platform grew to thousands of registered users and a genuinely profitable business. But one gap remained: everything we built was digital, and a large share of Malawi's talent has no smartphone, no internet, and no digital literacy to reach it.
The Community Hub Network exists to close that final gap — physical, staffed access points that bring the same opportunities to every community, regardless of address, device or data bundle.
